Mediation on Gods word

Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I Am God

When we carry too much, we literally carry too much. Stress can cause physical muscle knots. Emotions like stress gets trapped inside of the fascia (as well as the muscle fibers). The enemy mocks and perverts everything of God, of the Kingdom of Light. When we meditate, we’re essentially telling the body that these earthly manners aren’t worth the weight. That alone should be proof that our tissues hold onto stress. Most of my clients come in carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders, primarily wanting an upper back rub. Most of my clients come in with psychological stress carried in the tissues.

The benefits of meditation: Meditation offers significant mental and physical benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, while boosting focus, mood, memory, and emotional regulation; it also helps lower blood pressure, improve sleep, increase self-awareness, build compassion, and can even reshape the brain for better stress resilience, making you calmer, more present, and more capable of handling life's challenges.

Now you see why deities want you to worship them through these practice? That’s why we should seek first the kingdom of God, and everything will be added onto us. We can practice these things all day, but we are nothing without the creator.

Imagine mediating on God; on his word. Dropping everything and remembering that this life is but a blink of an eye compared to eternity with the King.

“But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” -Matthew 24:13

Meditating on God's word offers benefits like increased spiritual understanding, wisdom, peace, and a stronger relationship with God, helping to transform your mindset, provide strength, and guide decisions, leading to a more prosperous and fulfilling life through deeper spiritual connection and application of divine principles. It moves scripture from head knowledge to heart understanding, bringing comfort, direction, and empowerment for daily living and overcoming challenges
