Something I’ve seen repetitively in my field over the years are people who come in over and over with the same pain because they aren’t doing their homework. They simply don’t know that it’s an easy fix; prevention.
Over time, things we can’t see, thing that we’ve accumulated in this life such as unprocessed emotions, pain, grief etc crystallize into what we call disease. The body is at a dis-ease.
Yeshua is the ultimate physician, the ultimate healer. I can only do great works in his name. What I can do in my scope of practice is lend a hand or two.
Living in pain prevents you from enjoying a quality of life…
Pain, or what we know it to be, is really just hours, months, decades of not undoing what was done on a daily basis. Sitting or standing for work hours, most days of the week, gradually making us weak; our muscles holding the memory of those positions. This creates a conflict in the body; the body works every moment to be in homeostasis.
Like us humans who think we’re so strong that we don’t need help until our backs are against the wall, certain muscles are repetitively used to the point where its antagonist doesn’t get to do its job effectively without causing pain, which is where the conflict comes in at; they’re at odds. There’s a war underneath the flesh.
Example: sitting for hours, the muscles involved in hip flexion are in that position for hours… you stand, you feel stiff, your lower back is working hard to erect you instill a standing position, along with other muscles. Again, no one muscle completely works alone.
