Psalm 150:6- Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Praise the Lord.


John 20:22- And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.


Job 12:10- In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.


Breathing intently, increases self awareness, calms your nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus, lowers blood pressure, and helps manage pain by shifting you from the "fight-or-flight" response to a "rest-and-digest" state, providing immediate relaxation and long-term emotional regulation. It anchors you to the present moment, boosts oxygen intake, and can even release stored tension or emotions for deeper physical and mental healing, making it a powerful, accessible tool for well-being.


What anxiety and stress does to the body:




Stress and anxiety can negatively impact multiple body systems, causing both immediate physical symptoms like headaches, rapid heart rate, and digestive issues, and long-term health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, a weakened immune system, and chronic pain.
